Privacy Notice

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This notice describes data handling for DorkPlus, APlus and HPlus, our website, checkout and support. Contact us with privacy questions or requests through live chat on this website or in your dashboard.

1. Website and order information

We process the email address you provide, your selected plan and add-ons, order references, payment status, referral or discount information, and the terms version and acceptance time associated with checkout. We use this information to deliver and administer your purchase, send order and renewal messages, resolve payment issues and prevent abuse.

The payment provider you choose processes payment information needed for that method. Our checkout stores transaction references and status. Blockchain transactions may be publicly visible.

2. Tool inputs, storage and results

DorkPlus combines a client on your machine with hosted services. Cloud storage holds uploaded files, results, proxy information and task history. Do not assume that use of the desktop client means all processing and storage stay on your device.

APlus receives hashes on our servers, processes them and returns statistics. Downloadable result files are served from our servers and retained for up to 7 days unless cleared earlier. Hashing does not by itself establish that information is anonymous.

You can enable or disable adding your APlus records to the reference database. When enabled, contributed records are added for future matching. Only contribute records you are entitled to share for that purpose. The 7-day downloadable-file retention period does not govern contributed reference records. Contact live chat about removal of a previous contribution.

DorkPlus stored uploads and results are subject to the deletion rule in the Terms: if the plan is not renewed within 7 days after expiry, those stored files are removed. Export anything you need before expiry or the relevant processing-file deadline.

Customer files and tool queries are not used to train AI models. Only submit information you are authorized to process and share with the Services.

3. Free browser utilities

Utilities described as running locally process their tool inputs in the browser rather than uploading them for tool processing. That statement concerns the utility's input processing; website analytics, network requests and support features are separate.

Opening a generated search link sends the query to the selected search engine. Downloaded or exported files are also subject to the security and storage settings of your own device.

4. Live chat and AI-assisted support

Live chat processes the name and messages you provide, a chat identifier and information needed to maintain your conversation. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect access against automated abuse.

Questions handled by the support bot are sent through a third party API to an AI model provider to match them against our support information. This is separate from processing your tool files and queries. Ask for a human agent if you need further help.

Do not send passwords, private keys, credential lists or confidential client data in chat. Use an order reference and a redacted description when reporting an issue.

5. Analytics, cookies and browser storage

The website uses first-party visitor and session identifiers, referral attribution, page and checkout events, and browser storage for features such as chat identity and referral codes. Our visitor and attribution cookies can last up to 400 days, and session cookies use a rolling 30-minute period. Referral-code storage used by checkout has a 30-day validity period.

The website also uses Yandex Metrica with interaction analytics and session replay enabled. Analytics can process device, network, page-view and interaction information. Third-party resources, including fonts, may receive network information when your browser loads them.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking or clearing them may affect chat continuity, referral attribution and other features. Accepting the Terms of Service does not constitute consent to optional tracking.

6. Processing purposes and recipients

We process information to provide purchased features and support, secure the Services, administer payments and referrals, understand website usage, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes must be supported by the applicable basis, such as performing a contract, complying with law, legitimate interests where permitted, or consent where required.

Information relevant to these functions is processed through hosting and database infrastructure, payment services, transactional email delivery, chat and AI support, security services and analytics providers. Which payment provider receives your information depends on the method selected at checkout. Providers may process information in countries other than your own; applicable data-transfer requirements still apply.

7. Retention and privacy requests

The tool-file deadlines above do not describe retention of payment, account, support or security records. Those records serve different purposes, including administering your account, resolving disputes and meeting applicable recordkeeping duties. Relevant retention criteria include whether your account or request remains active and any applicable legal retention or claim periods.

Contact live chat to ask about retained information or request access, correction, deletion or an export of personal information. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, portability, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to a data protection authority. We may need information to verify that a request concerns your own account. Legal retention duties may limit a deletion request.

For license, support and acceptable-use rules, read the Terms of Service.
