This document outlines the terms of service ("Terms") for the use of our tool ("Tool") provided by DorkPlus ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By using our Tool, you ("Customer") agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from us or using our Tools, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Responsible Use

We cannot be held responsible for any misuse or illegal actions conducted by the Customer using our Tool (DorkPlus, APlus or HPlus). The Customer is solely responsible for their actions. Usage of DorkPlus for attacking targets (websites, servers, etc.) without prior mutual consent is illegal. It is the end user's responsibility to obey all applicable local, state and federal laws. Developers assume no liability and are not responsible for any misuse or damage caused by this program.

3. Account Termination

Abusive or suspicious activity on our Tool may result in the termination of your license and account. We reserve the right to terminate Customer accounts at our discretion if we have reasonable suspicion of misconduct. Posting a negative review or feedback without a valid and substantiated reason may result in the termination of your account.

4. License Sharing

Customers are strictly prohibited from sharing their license, including login information or access to the Tool. Any violation of this rule may result in account termination.

5. Changes to Terms and Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, pricing, features, and the Tool at any time without prior notice. It is the Customer's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

6. API Availability

We cannot be held responsible for any downtime related to our Tool due to API updates, maintenance, server issues, technical difficulties, or other problems. Such events are beyond our control.

7. Violation Consequences

Violation of these Terms may result in the termination of the Customer's account and plan.

8. Website Content

Our website, including its content, fonts, colors, and design, is protected by these Terms. Users are not permitted to copy, reuse, or replicate any part of our website. Violating this may result in a scam report and account termination.

9. Order Rejection

We reserve the right to decline any order at our own discretion.

10. Plan Duration and Interruptions

The duration of your plan is only valid when our service is operational. If technical difficulties or other issues occur, your plan may be paused until the issues are resolved. We do not guarantee unlimited access to the proxyless features.

11. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason. Once you place an order, payment is required and won't be returned.

12. Expiry of Plan

If you do not renew your plan within 7 days after its expiration, all your stored files will be removed from our servers (results, uploads...).

13. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for having a properly functioning machine with adequate specifications and a reliable internet connection. Our application may not perform as expected on machines with outdated hardware, not matching the minimum requirements or insufficient network speeds, and we cannot be held liable for any issues related to these conditions. Additionally, if a user’s internet service/server provider blocks access to our app, this is beyond our control and not our responsibility. Users must be prepared to use their own PC, a virtual machine, or a server. It is essential that users maintain a working setup to fully utilize our services.

14. Willingness to Learn

By purchasing and using our software, you acknowledge that while this product is fully functional and feature-rich, it may require a certain level of technical proficiency to maximize its potential. Our software is designed for users who are willing to invest time in learning how to use it effectively.

We provide comprehensive documentation and an AI-driven support bot to guide you through the use of the software. However, we do not provide personal mentorship, step-by-step guidance, or individualized training. The responsibility to learn how to use the software, troubleshoot common issues, and explore advanced features lies with you, the user.

By agreeing to these terms, you accept that ongoing learning and self-improvement are part of the process and are not grounds for a refund or cancellation of services.
