How do I search Google between two dates?

Combine after:YYYY-MM-DD and before:YYYY-MM-DD with your topic. The builder adds both from the selected calendar values.

Can I use only before: or after:?

Yes. Leave either date blank to create an open-ended time filter.

What date format is used?

The generated operators use a four-digit year, two-digit month and two-digit day: YYYY-MM-DD.

Are Google date results always exact?

No. Google may infer or interpret page dates, so verify dates on the original source when accuracy matters.
